Hello! My name is Christy Wells and I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach located in Arizona. My passion and mission as a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach is to provide people with the knowledge and tools to transform their health and lifestyle so they are living and practicing the healthiest version of themselves. Being certified in nutrition sciences & applications, lifestyle wellness & stress management, herbalism principles, integrative health alternatives and holistic coaching practices allows me to work closely with clients to find a wellness plan that becomes their way of life.

More About Christy
My passion for health and wellness began over almost two decades ago after losing my mother to cancer and disease. Unfortunately, never receiving answers for why she suffered is what began my pilgrimage into pursuing wellness for my own life. Being hungry to absorb as much knowledge as possible, I have spent the last 16+ years exploring all different forms of health and wellness for myself, my family of 5 and friends.
In 2010, after having my first baby, I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and then later in 2018 discovered I had developed an autoimmune disorder. Though it was helpful to have some answers to my struggles with hormonal imbalance, fatigue, weight gain and skin & gut health, I continually asked, "what is next?", "how am I suppose to manage this on my own?". After meeting with doctor after doctor and exploring medications with way too many side-effects and no real results, I finally came to the conclusion that a more integrative approach to my health is what was going to work best. Finding balance within my body has been the key and I have discovered that is accomplished through optimal nutrition, adequate sleep, stress management, physical fitness, positive community and most importantly my faith in Jesus.
